I'm heading to Destin for the Labor Day weekend, making it a long 4-day weekend. I plan on bringing the ski and getting as much time in the water as possible. I'm staying on Holiday Isle and would like to know where is the best place to launch, and if anyone know about local laws and regs.

I'll be hanging out at Crab Island a bit too.

Can't wait for that weekend to get here.

If you have a beach dolly there is beach access at the end of holiday isle. Otherwise the place I like to launch is just north of the destin bridge. Its the first road east of the bridge as you come into desting. Then there is a road to the left, you will actually go throught a little trailer park to get to the launch. Then it is idle speed only south under the bridge until you get to holiday isle.

Are you talking about the place right next to Dewey Destin, or the launch on Joe's Bayou?

I'm not sure waht its called. I just know where it is. If you look on google at the pass just look north of the bridge on the eastern shore and you'll see the marina and launch.
