I'm surprised no one has responded to this yet. Go down to the pass (alabama point), there were always people riding out there. Kevin where are you on this one?

orange beach is the best place to ride, when you go out to the pass theres like 17ft swellers. ITS INSANE!

sorry i missed this thread bro, i am in pensacola and ride the pass frequently. there are also several others as well.

mostly stand up riders, adn a couple of b1's, the hurricane swells rock.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I can only think of a few reasons you are seeing 17ft swells at gulf shores every day:

1) you're smoking something really good
2) you're at a different gulf shores (not the gulf shores in alabama)
3) to you inches = feet
4) there has been a hurricane everyday that somehow has been missed by everyone else

wait a minute... how old are you? it may be a relative size issue.
