"Colorado Jet Ski Riders Club"

Hello and Welcome to the Colorado Jet Ski Riders Club Forum.

My name is Galen W. Morgigno. Everyone calls me "TOP DAWG". I am the club President and moderator of this forum.

I want to take a moment and thank Chris Menthos and Trav England at AWA for all of there help in getting the Charter Club started. Also, I would like to thank PWC Today for getting us into this forum. I look forward to working with all of you in the future.

The "Colorado Jet Ski Riders Club" was started by a group of us who live and breath Jet Ski Riding. From April to November you will find us at Cherry Creek Reservior State Park 4 - 6 days a week. Always at the east boat ramp near the Jet Ski Rental Shak. Some of you might know who we are and have seen us there.

As a club we wanted to promote our sport and brings others into the Jet Ski World. On any given day we talk to someone who is new to the sport or someone who has been riding for quite some time. We also thought as a club we would be able to ban together to fight for our rights to ride personal watercraft across the country. Now that we are a sanctioned AWA Charter Club we will be able to help support AWA to do just this. As always safety is a big factor when we ride together. Whether it be on the shore or on the water. We highly promote SAFETY amoung the clubs riders.

As I look at other AWA Charter Clubs across the country I see how other clubs ,like us, feel about the sport of personal watercraft. I see the togetherness the sports brings and the happy faces and smiles that always seem to go along with riding personal watercraft.

I hope our club will meet the standards set by other AWA Charter Clubs and be considered amoung the elite of Charter Clubs in the nation.

I look forward to what the future brings for our club here in the State of Colorado.

Anyone and everyone please feel free to post on our forum. If you live in the state let us hear from you. WE WANT TO KNOW YOUR OUT THERE.

I am a recent transplant to Denver and am glad to know there is a group of other riders out there. I was out at CCR last weekend for the first time: the water was nice and cold and someone came up to tell me I was the first stand-up on the lake this season...

Yes, the boat ramps @ CCR are open. A couple of us were there last saturday also. Always nice to hit it on opening day. I look forward to seeing you there. Thanks for the post and keep in touch.

im a pus when it comes to cold water. I wont be out there until late april, but i have been training hard for this season and i am more than ready to take some 1200's on the course any given monday/thursday.

see you guys at peak on saturday!!!!

Yo Matie, thanks for one up on the Club. I see you guys just had your club pics taken. We had ours taken a week before you guys. That was fun!!

Anyway, wanted to say thanks. Keep AWA alive and ride forever.
