Can anybody here bend me some tubing?

I need a hoop made for the frame of my bike but don't have the tools needed to bend it. I can get some help welding it on and can get all the necessary dimensions just need a "U" shape made with some steel tubing that is the same OD as the frame of my bike. The frame was cut off behind the shocks and I want to close it back up and extend it a bit.

I've got this..

And need this...

Re: Can anybody here bend me some tubing?

Make it from a slightly smaller OD and you can slide it in the original tubing and solve the mounting problem?

That would probably work pretty well, I was just going to make it the same OD (same thickness/ID) then put a short section of smaller tubing inside it before welding it up to disperse the stress off of the weld.

I had forgotten about that, my plans may be changing though. After looking at it I don't think the hoop will clear the rear tire at full compression so....
