Browns Bay ride 2nd december

Hey i saw that the next jet ski event is on at Browns Bay this week. any more info on what time etc. Is it just a practice day or what??

any answers most appreciated

hey matt,

yeah just spoke to kurt now, ill update the site too.

There is a Browns Bay Santa Parade and Kurt was asked if he could set up a bit of a track for a show so a few of us are going to go out for a practice / traning run and muck around.

He needs to be there about 11 on Sat to set it up, but probally around 2 - 3.30pm everyone will be out.

Anyone is welcome to come along with their skis or to watch!

Hey thanks Carl i will try get my dad to let me take out one of our skis if not i will just come down and watch do u need a four wheel drive to launch at browns bay i remember it being all sand? is that correct i dont think the old holden would enjoy sand lol.

hmm duno ill find out. my wrx will struggle if its soft sand.

Yeah they really need some new boat ramps on the shore. the only decent one is taka but that is really busy and there are never any carparks. you should try an organise a social ride up in grenieth its a good ride out there, nice and flat good for getting some serious speed. Just my thoughts

yeah i will probally launch my ski just down from my house in remmers and ski across as there is heaps of parking and its a good ride over.

i have never been to greenhieth.
