Auckland, North Shore stand up riders

Hey i know there are a few who live in Auckland so lets here from you. Im keen to go riding with other stand up riders in Auckland / North Shore.

I may be heading back with my two standup's in the next year. Currently live in S. Fla but my house in in New Lynn , Waitakere.

You into freestyle/freeriding or racing?

Ive just started riding (september 2006), i ride a 05 sj bone stock, im into freeride / freestyle (im not very good though im still learning) I go riding pretty often but it would be nice to go riding with other people.

Good on ya, glad to know there are other free-stylers out there in NZ.

Have you been out on the west coast yet? Are you strictly saltwater?

check out www.ozpwc.com and www.x-h2o.com as other references. The X is mainly a freeride/freestyle board.

Hey i usually ride on the weast coast, havnt had the guts to go to a west coast beach yet. Im planning on going up to Orewa in the next couple of weeks, there is usually a nice swell there wich should create some fun. i ride fresh and salt water. were are some good spots for riding around auckland that arnt to dangerous i.e not piha

I live on the Shore and have a standard 650 Square Nose that I brought in December. I try and ride 1-2 times a week usually down at Browns Bay although I've been to Red Beach a couple of times when the swell is big. I love jumping waves but so far about 2 1/2 foot ones is all I've seen on the Shore, never been on the west coast as I can't think of anywhere I can launch it without having a 4WD, which I don't.... but I'd be keen.

Hi guys I am from Hamilton and have a square nose are there any good jetski shops in Auckland as I will be doing a rebuild in winter or if any one has a 701 motor with electrics they won't to sell. Ski has ride plate,grate,ss prop, I have the foothold and turf to go in during winter.
I also have a coffmans pipe but need the manifold that bolts to the motor if any one has one for sale.A bit of a shame your boys the blues took down the chiefs last weekend Ha Ha.
