Re: o.c. bound all weekend!

Hey Phil, thats gonna be bad ***!..Do you know anyone who makes galvanized trailer parts so I can add a standup bunk to the front of my trailer? Gotta be able to take all 3 with me next year. Though I won;t be nearly as prepared as you.

Re: o.c. bound all weekend!

every 1 of the trailers i have, i had redone the whole things, i think that's the only way so you know drivin that far you'll never have problems. 1 thing that i do that i love and think makes a big difference is buying the bedliner spray and redoing the whole thing in that. buy the cheap flat black spray paint(dollar at walmart) and the linex spray and do the whole thing. you never have to worry about rust, wear, and it looks sick too. then just buy treated lumber and some indoor/outdoor carpet and your set. let me know guys, ill be more then happy to help.

Re: o.c. bound all weekend!

Yeah, I have redone many of my past trailers. When I made brackets to bolt the extra bunks to, bolting them up scratched the paint off, moisture got in it a and rust slowly ate them up. The trailer is galvanized and I don't want to drill holes in it, (that will eat the trailer frame up with rust) and I want pieces that are galvanized that I can use. I did come across these. http://www.watercraftsuperstore.net/.../304SB009.html Not expensive and should work fine. Making the bunks and bolting them up is easy.
