My SN build

Picked up a 93 SN at the end of last year rode it how it was untill I got used to it. Now time to mod!!!

This is how it started out.

Removed decals and cleaned up a bit when I got it.

Now for this year the parts list include:

B-pipe
Hood straps
Footholds
Limiting rope

Re: My SN build

Got the footholds fitted and most of the foam out I'm going to put tubes in for dual cooling and trim cable while I got it open.

Re: My SN build

Here is how I did the dual cooling and tube for a trim cable. Right side stock cooling and steering cable tube. Left side dual cooling line, stock siphon and trim cable tube. The dual cooling tube is 3/8 SS tubing and for the trim cable I used 1/2 CPVC and heated to shape it.

View from the pump

Pic of the tray tacked in place with a few pieces of glass. 1" holes to pour in the two part foam.

Footholds glued in with some #8 screws to hold in place. I will remove the screws later.

next remove the screws, fair everthing in and glass.
