Info on where to ride

Looking for some info on the riding area. Where do you mainly ride? Whats the riding season? I know you might not be thrilled that I have a pair GTX's and a STX (STX is for sale). Moving to either Cambridge or Salisbury in the next few months. Moving from western NY, Lake Ontario.

Anybody have a boat they keep in the water? Looking for some info on marinas too.

Re: Info on where to ride

Wsup man, if you are going to be in Salisbury then I'd say make the drive down to Ocean City to ride. There's a few of us that ride right outside the inlet and do some jumping. Also there are tons of places around the bay to ride.

In Cambridge you can go all up and down the Choptank (Think it's the Choptank) and there's alot of nice areas around there.

Re: Info on where to ride

The choptank is good riding for just about whatever you are looking for. From Cambridge, you can take a cruise west towards the Chesapeake Bay and it will take you about 25 minutes to reach the bay and another 20 to head up to the Narrows or Annapolis, etc... If you go up stream, the water is NICE and SMOOTH, but take a buddy because there can be miles at a time where you may not see anyone! I prefer to take the 50 minute drive and head to Ocean City and head out to the shoals or take a short ride over to Seacrets and grab a bite to eat in between jumping the waves. Anyways, either one is a good place to live. If you need any specific information on places out here, shoot me a pm.

Re: Info on where to ride

What's up Phil! December was not a good month. went ATV'ing in w va and the truck broke down out there. had to shack the toy hauler up at a wal mart for 2 weeks....and then the big snow blizzard hit! then the new year rang it in wonderful.....a trip to the ER with a kidney stone! Let's hope for a better year!!!! I already warned the wife that the baby is older this year and I'm going to hit the water more this year, last summer was almost non-existent for me! Also, just finished my Master's so I've certainly got the time now! Now more excuses, huh?
