Space Coast riders going to Daytona?

Who all is going to daytona? It is right around the corner... And are you ready yet? I have ALOT to do on my SXI... finish body work, paint, put motor back together... Then there is tow loops and I need a Lanyard for my X2. I would like to get out in the surf a few times before then too.

I'm going with the X2, also have a bit more work to do, hopefully will finish up most of it this weekend. Installing a ZXI lanyard switch, using the trim switch location for my bildge switch. Installing an attwood 500gph bildge. Footstraps should be here tommarrow(fri). Just won a new giro remedy helmet on ebay (got to protect the noodle). And have a westcoast head to put on and tune up. And I still haven't booked a room yet, lol.

When you want to get out in the ocean hit me up, I've been dying to get back out there. Haven't hit the ocean since I had a mostly stock boat, and I'll certinly need to knock the rust off before Daytona.

Let me know when you guys are gonna do some surf riding. I gotta practice before Daytona, and I need to shakedown my surf Blaster and my surf FX1.

Sounds good guys I am really going to start busting my *** on my skis.... I am going home today from work and start sanding..... I hate sanding.... I want to send my motor out for porting too but i do not know if that is going to happin... I need to figure out how i want to paint my ski too... The x2 only needs a few things... Heat seals on some wires i need to find a lanyard switch, a fire extinguisher, and i need to get a helmet too....

Use a zip tie and turn down your idle if you cant get a lanyard. Nice to see a big X2 turnout. I dont know when i'm going but i'll post the day before. Got rooms for Sat/Sun.

Tow loops
Tow rope around your waist(or you wont get towed in)
A whistle($35.00 ticket) but i done think they pay attention

Anyone riding this Sunday? I am way overdue. need to put some more hrs on the x2. I was thinking about just tooling around the river some... I am still seeing how reliable she is since i did not do the 750 motor swap myself
