Re: OCEAN PRO Polaris SL Ocean Racing rideplates are here

I ordered one of these and just put it on for my first ride of the year. I went about 76 miles up the river to do a little sightseeing. What a huge difference. I had an R&D extended, smooth plate - maybe 1" longer than stock. The extra length of the Ocean Pro plate tamed all the ripples and bumps. The contours of the plate kept the ski tracking straight and true. I didn't notice a huge loss in manuverability - more of a change. You need to lean the ski over a little bit more and it goes where you tell it to. Definitely a big improvement and I can't say enough good things about the plate and Ocean Pro. If you ride on anything but glass, this is your rideplate! Get the Ocean model - the length makes a huge difference.

Also, I have an R&D and a stock plate to sell cheap.
