Hello from Boston

Just wanted to say Hello as I'm new to the forum and for the most part the Boston region. I moved up here in May of last year and left my ski back home. If my contract at work continues through this summer I plan to have it trucked up here.

Does everyone ride out in the ocean/salt water or do you guys mainly stay inland on the lakes/rivers?

I got a 2006 Kawi STX-15 by the way, absolutely love it!

Hope to meet some of you guys/girls this spring/summer after I get a wetsuit haha!

Re: Hello from Boston

Welcome , there is a Massachusetts rideing group section and a New hampshire rideing group (granate state air crew) , We allways post up where and when we get together to ride. Pop in and say hi. Probably 90% of our riding is in the ocean.

Thanks! I just googled the Hampton Beach, NH to see where I'd be going. I have the urge to ride sooooo bad right now. I'm from Alabama so we would be on the water later this month (a bit chilly but on it).

I'm a little slow , hehe , I didnt notice that you posted this in the JAM section.
There's a thread in the granate state section with pictures of where we launch in the ocean. Theres one of the senior granate state members that rides a kawi 15F also. Lots of cool riding spots up here in Mass/New Hampshire area and we have members riding everywhere.

Sweet! I'm from Alabama so we always road the Tennessee River. I sold my F250 tow rig so I'm looking for a trailer hitch setup for my Audi S5 now, may look a bit weird but functional!

Re: Hello from Boston

Where in the Boston area are you? I am from the Boston area and know my way around the islands throughout Boston harbor and Quincy all the way down to Marshfield/Plymouth area, fun riding. Some of the islands are cool to check out, old abandoned military barracks and stuff. But best riding is in the surf up in Hampton with the Air Crew. Welcome to Beantown!

Sweet, we took that codzilla jet boat out during the summer trying to be all touristy and figured if we could get out to the islands on our own it would be sweet.

I currently live right on the Charles River on the Cambridge side (adjacent from the Science Museum and Cambridge Side Galleria.

We will have to go ride for sure! Would like a tour of the islands

My ski is in Alabama, i figured in late March i'll find a trucking company to bring it up so i dont have to pay for parking right now.

But i just signed another lease for the Reading Commons right at the 93/95 interchange to get out of this stupid rent bill lol! Closer to Hampton Beach as well
