I am heading up to Hampton NH in the morning to ride with some of the Granite State Air Crew guys. Going to be at Hampton Harbor around 11am or so will be a few guys riding. The ramp in Newport is at 3rd beach on back side of second beach. I think I am heading down there on Sunday.

I usually put in at Narrow river, it dumps out to Narragansett beach. From there you can get to Newport or BI. There are a couple of spots to fill up.
From Pt. Judith to BI is about 12 miles. It can get rough, but we usually follow the ferry route so theres often boats around in case something comes up.
We are probably heading out around 1:00.
Hit me back if you want to meet up.

Re: anyone ride this sat 18th?

Went to the Vineyard Sunday. Sorta rough going but coming back was 3 footers with cross wind soaking me down every 1.5 seconds and blinding me. But it was worth it. SUnny, saw people rafting boats up in harbors, pretty smooth along the coast and went in Kataumet bay out to the break out for lunch and Buds on the beach. Also saw this ripping blonde on her man's boat deck tanning EVERYTHING she had. Looked right at me spying her and she didn't give a dam. Now that's the kind of women we need around here!

Came across doofuses too for yuks. At the ramp while waiting to launch I watched this guy without his seeing eye dog drag his trailer fender across the rear rollers of a parked trailer. I saw it coming but didn't say anything to see what kind of fun would result. On the Vineyard two ethnics who couldn't speak English on what looked like a rental motored up to my bud and wanted to trade skis for a ride. What a shrub! He had "WE LOVE GOD" on his hood so may have been a bomber. Also saw a sailboat grounded in an area where sandbars are everywhere. The dam thing's probably still there.
