I have never been up there to that lake. I am in oceanside/San Diego. My brother and I are taking our two stand ups with us. We have a 88 650sx, and a brand new yami superjet. I dont have anymore room on my trailer, or in my flex, but I am looking for others who want to go up there and try something new. OR..........if you already have been there or know where to go PLEASE let me know. The web site doesnt offer anything beside a million phone numbers. I am a laid back guy, 28, smoke and chill.....let me know where we can go!!!!

Isabella Is great. It's huge,no speed limit and you can camp by the shore.

also...please list any spots that might have the most that im looking for. Shade??,jet ski from shore, not to windy, we have stand ups, chill but party spot, close to fishing spots, etc....I am asking alot, but just lemme know what it has that compares...AND WHOS GOIN!!!!

I really want to do a camping trip like that, but not over the 4th. Post some details and pictures though if you can when you get back so I can check it out.

i'm down for a trip up there ! sounds really awesome. can you beach camp? launch from the beach too? i'm down for a weekend trip. got a toy hauler we can toss the skis in too.

Isabella is great . . . . . you can camp right on the waters edge many places around the lake and launch right from your camp. The only shade you you will get is what you bring yourself though.

Oh, and the wind thing . . . . . . . pretty much gets windy every afternoon, that's the fun part though ! Kicks up some nice chop to jump and play in.

I think with the lack of responses we are going to change it to Lake Webb in the buena vista recreational area. We just bought a campsite there. I had lack of knowledge of Isabella....and everywhere else I called was booked for the weekend. If I dont have a group of people going i stay in a campground so my trailer doesnt get stolen in the open free areas ya know. There was only 2 spots left for Webb Lake when I called. I got one. I think I can have 8 people on the spot anyway. We are about 50 feet from the waters edge...and really close to the water area for skis. And we dont have to follow rotation thank god. They have a bunch of overflow camping if anyone else wants to call and try that they can. (661) 868-7050 YOU CAN ONLY MAKE RESERVATIONS BETWEEN 9AM and 12 NOON!!! Like I said tho, it will be me and my bro...we have a blast. The Yami is a no go....but I have my" 660"sx bored over. Fast as a mother, and STRONG. Anyway...it is closer to the more southern of so cal people down here in san diego. It knocks off like a hour drive for me. I am posting a Webb Lake Thread.
