Aw that would of been fun. I didn't go online after work last night. I went surfing instead today at oceanside. 3 to 5ft with occasional 6ft. I dieing to get my ski out. She has dust all over her. I could have towed behind my lowered camry. Was there a bunch of wind chop though?

glass. they closed the island from 7-9 for some bike race. if you got on before 7 you were good .there was our two skis, and an old 440 and 650 down the beach. that was it for about three hours. it was perfect.

Wow the entire coast was all wind chop. Leave it to Mission Bay to have different weather. Where so you launch out of? I usually go to mission bay when the family goes to campland on the bay. How is that park area to launch from at the far east part of mission bay? Is there a place where I could wash the ski after the day and parking free?

nothing i have found as far as wash down. i launch from fiesta island. the bay side you can launch right from the beach, as well as the other side by the entrance. there is a bay that is only for sailing, but other than that its all open. and if you launch from the bay side of fiesta you are right across from camp land. i prefer the entrance side because its way less choppy and there is less skis and no boats.
