Have you considered selling (say) 200 $50 tickets for a raffle that would be held when the last one is sold.

That's $10000 and someone gets the chance to get a sweet ski for $50. I'd think you'd have no trouble selling 200 tickets.

Raffles are considered "gaming" and require special licenses in Washington.

I knew there was something in this state making them hard to do.

Have someone 'host' it from Vegas. Everything's legal in Vegas.
