Anybody here get the stroked SXi from CL in Kelso???

Just curious. Deal sounded pretty sweet. Curious if someone on here picked it up?

96 SXi with 4mm stroker engine with dual 46mm carbs, Coffman exhaust and lots of other after market parts with trailer for $1000. One catch was trailer did not have title.

I think it is gone.. It looked to be a great deal.. Only issue was the lack of a title for the trailer. In Oregon that may not be an issue, or it could be, I don't know how oregon does licensing of trailers, if at all. Up here may be a hassle, a nice trailer that is unusable due to lack of title. Ski alone was a good price...

Ya, it's sold. Called on it again today just to see. When I called on Sunday he said someone was coming to look at it in a half hour, and someone from Seattle was going to come down on Wed if it was still available.

Registration and title for boat trailers in Oregon:
If the combined weight of the boat and trailer is more than 1,800 pounds, you are required to title and license the boat trailer.

If your loaded boat trailer weighs less than 1,800 pounds, you do not have to title and register it or get a trip permit to pull it over public roads.

Yea that works great in OR but WA requires a plate. You wont believe how many times I just said "I bought it in OR" for them to write up a new title.

Hmm, good to know. The guy that had it said the trailer did come from OR. He had some plates on it from his dad's utility trailer, but they didn't come with it.

That was a smoking deal if you could just walk in and tell them you bought it in OR and they issue a title.

Yea Ive done it atleast three times. Sure beats waiting for the seller to file for a lost title. However, you must have the manufacturing stamp / sticker with the gross weight of the trailer and VIN #.
