Clermont Chain Festival March 9

Going out on Saturday, on the Clermont Chain if anyone wants to ride let us know... Pig on the Pond Festival on Lake Minnehaha so use the Hull Road Ramp to avoid traffic and parking issues downtown. We'll probably be on the water about 11:00 or noon. You can pull your skis right up to the beach in front of the Festival and grab a great award winning barbeque sandwich from one of the many vendors.

Mike and Kerry sorry we missed you guys last week! Wasn't it cold???

Saturday March 9, High: 78
Partly cloudy with a chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 70s. East winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30 percent.

Re: Clermont Chain Festival March 9

I might be out there, all depends on how I feel tomorrow morning. I just went for a ride on the St. Johns today. To say the least it was fun except for the huge fire. Pics to come...

Fire, I hope it wasn't your ski.
Did you go up to Silver Glen?

I doubt it. Ive been beaten by the sun the last few days. I need some inside time. I can already feel my arms and face burning.

Mike, did you see us racing the airplanes out there today? Freaking awesome. I think they were doing about 65 mph maybe 20 feet off the water. (no camera today dang it) We went back to check on ya, saw your ski at the Tiki Bar... thanks for the fun and bring that Ultra next time.

I think I gave you my cell on the PM, if not let me know and I'll get it to ya.

Yeah I saw you and the planes cruising around. Everyone in the tiki bar was watching as you guys went by. If I knew that was going to happen I would have got a video of it. I was talking with the guy on the yellow gtx for a bit. He said he sees you out there all the time, cool guy to hang out with.

I did see jpack on the way back in a shot the breeze with him for a bit.

Just for the record I did make it into work last night with no sleep, so Im on borrowed time right now. If I can find a ski for my friend next weekend I should be around. If not Ill probably be sitting out in Cocoa.
