Hydro-Turfing Couch Rails

I have a Waveraider 700 that I plan on putting the molded diamond hydroturf on. After searching the forums I am still left with some questions.

1. What should my approach be for dealing with the undercut of the rails. Unlike standups they are not flush all the way around?

2. What does cut 45 degree angles mean?

3. What temperature should I do this in?

4. What did you use to roll on the mats (roller etc..)

5. Will one sheet cover it all? 40x60

6. What do use use to cut the sheets?
