how do u make through hull exhaust?

i have a WBII i want to do a lilttle work on id love to build through hull exhaust its not a hard concept on how i am more asking what to use i mean i saw a guy on here do it with pvc! lol i didnt think that pvc was ok for that kinda heat but maybe im wrong. what do all u guys use i mean a pipe from pep boys and a rubber coupling? maybe some header wrap on it to keep the heat down inside the ski? idk give me some tips fellas

For a WB1 there was a guy on www.x-h2o.com who sells a through hull aluminum tube with flange. I believe his username is masterblaster1. Search for it over there.

I used PVC drain pipe in my jet for several years. It doesn't get that hot because you have water mixed in with exhaust gases

thanks grahmmy... some guy on one of the links i saw said u need a valve to the water doesnt backfill the exhaust????

Stok Kawie stand ups with rear exhaust have a tube with a u in it to prevent water coming back into the xhaust. Check out the pic.

Rysta23 showed me how do the rear exhust conversion on my ski. Check his 550/650 conversion build for pics and details. Its not bad just do it.

JS550/650 conversion- ported (exhaust ports widdened 2mm, raised 1mm, transfers stair stepped, cases ported), Blackjack 46mm, Prok FA, Boysen reeds, stuffers, Westcoast head 30cc domes (175psi), Jetinetics charging flywheel, Dale's Bad Attitude Ignition, PJS exhaust manifold, Factory Performance Pipe, Coffmans Waterbox, footholds, Team Waterfly Tubbies.

650 pump conversion- SXR prop cut to fit 650 pump repitched to a 9/17, TBM pump stuffer, OP nozzles, and OP skegged ride plate.
