hi everyone,
can any one show me the proper way to put the exhaust gaskets that go on the U pipe between the exhaust manifold and the big fat pipe. on the gaskets there is this holes and i was wondering if they have to b in a certain position. also i am getting smoke in the engine compartment and i checked all the hose cooling and exhaust and there is no holes what can it be?

On the gaskets their are up marks thats he way they go is "up",those can be a pain ,but caddy corner your first two bolts about half way in to align them,then the put the other two in carefully and torque them properly in increments of three at a time.
Your smoke has to be coming from somewhere,run it on a hose to find out where.
