Since you added a price requirement, I'd say an older GTX or Yamaha FX depending on your preferences etc.. The Yami is "probably" more reliable.
I think the FX turns better than the GTX.
If you want to go fast in the chop then I'd say GTX/SC, RXT, Ultra 250, or wait and see how the new Yamaha FX SHO turns out. Of course fast costs money........
