SeaDoo vs. Yamaha

Hey everyone, first post...
I'm looking to buy my first ski - a beginner-type to start. I've narrowed the choice to either the SeaDoo GTI SE 130 or the Yamaha WaveRunner VX Cruiser. Both are about the same MSRP. I'd like to have enough power to pull tubers, skiers and wakeboarders, but not have to fill the tank 3 times per day. Comfort, staying dry, not necessarily the best top speed (you know - boring family stuff) are the most important to me.
Suggestions from all you Pro's out there please & thank you!

Re: SeaDoo vs. Yamaha

Most rental outfits use the Yamahas...that has to be for a good reason!

Yes....reason is reliability....however...a Toyota is reliable too....but given the choice I'd still go for the Ferrari

Re: SeaDoo vs. Yamaha

...so that's you, but if your priorities, like he already said his were, were "Comfort, staying dry, not necessarily the best top speed (you know - boring family stuff)," then you probably wouldn't get a Ferrari in that case!

The Yamaha is probably better on gas too.

When Ferrari enters the PWC market...count me in!

I'll sell the house...and the wife.
