Iowa riders?

Where is everyone? Does anyone ride around the Des Moines area? ie Saylorville, red rock, des moines river? Ive only seen 3 other standups this season and I go atleast 3-4 times a week.

I live up in ames and have gone there a few times this season. Too bad the season is coming to a close, Looking for somone to go riding with. I have a wet suit and would be willing to go riding somtime in the next few weekends to test my pjs pipe I just put on. Let me know, Eric

I know this is an old thread, but I am in the Des Moines area. I have never ridden with another stand up. I have a 650sx and a 750zxi. We need to get a group together and ride at sailorville.

me and a friend are going to be riding at little wall lake today, ya the water is still a little cold. You will probably need a wet suit. Your more than welcome to come its about 15 miles north of ames.

We go out to my wife's parent's home on (closer to Fairmont, MN) Lake Tuttle / Okamanpeedan Lake which I believe is about 30 miles from Spirit Lake. Great riding out there and usually sparsely populated. Would love to get some other skis out there when we go visit her parents.

I'd be down for Boji some time if you are Goat. The lakes around here are like your Fairmont one. I"m looking to ride on one with some pazazz!
