Illinois River In Morris

Went there for the first time yesterday, Usually I go to Ottawa, the water was really clear compared to ottawa and warm, the launch for skis sucked but once we were in the water, we had a blast, lots of area to ride and a few big boats to wake jump, overall im was impresed, I would recomend it if anybody was wondering about it

Re: Illinois River In Morris

Next time you should come up north a bit by the illinois/kankakee. Same river, more boats, plus a sandbar.

Re: Illinois River In Morris

Most people go to wilmington conservation area to drop in. theres a pretty big ramp. I live right on the river so I've actually never used this ramp.

The Wilmington ramp is really nice along with the huge parking lot...Give it a shot, you will have a great time..
