Re: Anyone Ride In Madison

I ride Lake Wisconsin and the the river between it and the Dell's. It's the best place to ride in the Madison area by far.

Because it's big and long and you can acess the river off of the lake. I have rode form Lake Wisconsin to the lower Dell's damn. River riding is the most enjoyable if you know wear your going and what you doing hands down hands down.

Re: Anyone Ride In Madison

I recommend it just becarefull once you get off the lake and on the river, there are tons of sand bars. If you can go out with someone your first time that can show you where to go that would be ideal. If not just take it slow and learn by trial and error. Once you have it figured out you will be hooked.

Re: Anyone Ride In Madison

That sounds bad ***. You said you can acess the river from Lake Wisconsin? Is there any bouy's to notify you of sandbars or shallow area's? How many miles is it from Lake Wisconsin to the Lower Dells dam? Thanks for the info
