Re: how would i get into racing?

Welcome Justin! You can go onto either the IJSBA or APBA website and get a ton of info there. AJ @ USWP has several races planned in the NE so I would start you off in that direction. As far as the X2 goes, the Sport Spec calss is the way to go. Lotsa fun for little $$$$$. Contact Scottie Mac on this site and he can direct you and your X2 in the right direction. Hope you have a blast in the class.

Upstate Watercraft Promotions. http://uwpinc.com/

With your X2 I'd consider running it in Sport Spec.

Justin, if you want to run some buoys prior to entering your first closed course race - hit up the AJC guys here on the NY forum page. We set up a buoy course almost every weekend & practice on our sport spec B1's & HX's. Or you can contact us at http://www.adirondackjetskiclub.com
