Ultra 150 Engine Case

I'm looking to rebuild my Ultra 150 engine.

I will be probably doing a crank core exchange, but my case is damaged, and needs repair.

Does SBT do welding services on the case, and if so can you please PM an estimate on the case repair?

See picture below

Thanks

Re: Ultra 150 Engine Case

Thanks for the quick reply.

One quick question. If I do the core crank exchange, and have the case fixed, how much would it cost just to assemble the crank into the case, as in just the lower end.

I will do the upper ended from there.

Re: Ultra 150 Engine Case

Tom,

The crank I understand will be a replacement (ie not the same one I Sent in) but the case as well?

I'll be buying a rebuild crank then, and/or case.

What's the best procedure on doing this? I plan to send in both next week.

Re: Ultra 150 Engine Case

Case will be a replacement case, not your original.
