RAVE Valve Leak on 1.5 Year Old Premium 787

Hi, my PTO RAVE valve sprung an oil leak this weekend. I removed it to figure out what the issue was. It seemed as if the Allen screws that attached the RAVE was very easy to remove...not very tight. There also did not seem to be any Loctite on them. Is this typcial? Could the fact that these were pretty easy to loosen cause the leak?

We don't use much Loctite on those bolts and they only get torque to 89 in. pounds, yes the gasket could develop a leak, that area does get pretty hot since it is on the exhaust side. If you need to re gasket the valves and it is under w/a then call in to the tech department for assistance

I took out the RAVE, cleaned it and put it back in...no leak after first ride out It did seem pretty loose when I removed. Could it loosen from use or is it possible it was not tight enough to begin with?
