No Spark... HELP
my kawi 550 wont get any spark...
plugs are good but I cant seem to figure it out
any ideas?

Spark plug wires in solid with the boots? Trimmed back the wires? Stator checks out okay? when's the last time it ran?

all the coils around the flywheel are brand new last time it ran was like 3 weeks ago wen i took it out but wen i was out on it my prop got jammed with something and i had to take it off and put it back on but i have no idea why im not getting any spark...battery is fully charged and everything, could it be my cdi box or possibly a ground issue?? any ideas let me know i cant figure it out and i wana go riding asap!

Prop got jammed?? Did you possibly shear the woodruff key on the crank and flywheel?

Go over it all again. Coil, Stator.

Also check all your wires in the ebox. Mine seem to get brittle and brake thou they appear to be fine.
