New SBT Engine acting up..

I am hoping someone can help me on here. I just purchased and had a dealership install a brand new SBT motor in my 1100 ZXi. Well I did the break in procedure the dealership told me and have had absolutely no problems with it till last week when I idle it sounds like air was being shot out of a tiny gap. Almost like when you clinch your teeth and blow a quick burst of air. It would only do this when idling or running a very slow speed. Well I pulled the plugs thinking maybe I foulded one becasue I am running premix. On cylinder #1 the plug had absolutely no gap almost like something had compressed it together. I thought that was very strange so I installed a new plug and it ran good for about 20 minutes then started to make the air sounds again. I am just wondering if any SBT techs would happen to have any experience with this problem and how they fixed it. I don't want to tear down the engine if that is going to void my 2 year warranty so I was kinda wondering if I am allowed to do that too.
