I just installed a SBT motor in an ultra 150 and it won't start and doesn't act like it wants to start. The motor turns over great.

• new motor
• new starter
• new battery

The motor turns over quickly
It has spark
105/120/120 compression.

I figure the compression is off in the front because it's never run before and it'll come up to match the rest shortly. Even if it stayed at 105 it would run.

I've tried it with the chokes shut and I've tried pouring just a bit of pre-mix down the carbs and not the slightest hint of it firing.

If you removed the magnet cup from the flywheel when you took the engine apart then you might not have lined the timing mark back up when you put the engine back together. If you look at the magnet cup there is a triange type mark that must stay inline with the keyway notch on the flywheel to keep the timing set.
