Remove spark plugs and check for water. Remove a handful of head bolts and find out whats wrong with the motor. Might be an easy fixer.

Super cheap. No title thing sucks but revving to the moon is probably just an air leak.

This has been sitting in my garage for a long time. Needs a new home.

My 440/550 conversion project may be up for grabs if someone wants a project to get on the water this spring. Heres what you get:

Two hulls with titles (perfect 440, crack nose 550), 550 reed conversion kit, 550 PP engine with Mikuni BN44 w/ OP F/A and jet power, OP bed plate (above), quick steering, 550 OP pump nozzle (if you want to switch to 550 pump), extra 440/550 pump parts, white gas tank, extra stators, Rend and Mariner ride plates, OP 550 intake for SBN44, gaskets and hardware, various spare electrical items, turf and everything else I have sitting in boxes.

Enough to make one really nice 440 or 550, Reed or PP, Stock or aftermarket ski

I have a 2006 Kawasaki JS800SXR that I have taken good care of but the shop tells me that it needs a new engine. The shop will charge about $3,000 to fix it and they are a little over $7,000 new so I think that $1,300 is a fair price. It's been a great jet ski but I don't have the money to put into it

Re: Greater Houston Area Classifieds

I was wondering who that ski belonged to. I wish I had money to throw at these things. You could rebuild the entire engine for less than a $1000 if you did it yourself. I dont know what "shop" you use but usually the parts vs labor is at least 1:4.
Can I work on it for free and then if you get a buyer I will give it back???
