Wave jumping performance for XLP's

Hi everyone, (new to this site) I have a 2001 XPL with a stg 1 rossier kit... carbon tech reeds, prok F/A, jetted, head shaved. (probably going to pull the motor and rebuild the top end)

That being done I would like to hear anyones input on making my ski hit hard out of the hole for wave jumping...My thoughts were a Worx grate for pick up, and maybe an impeller (what pich for a stock pipe 15/20? and what pitch for a coffman ???) posably reed spacers(what thickness) or v force's instead of the carbon techs.....

I have a coffman pipe, been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years now, not sure I want to use it ( or need to) for wave jumping and extra cost to make it work not to mention ( micro tach ect....) And I would also like to do something with the stock sounding water box, any alternatives? TDR??? Thanks!!!!

Re: Wave jumping performance for XLP's

Oh by the way call me crazy, BUT I am thinking of hooking up my snowmobile NOS kit up too.
I'll run a seprate electric fuel pump to a rez full of 110oct premixed at 50:1 so when she hits (just like the modded sled i run on the lake) as not to strip the oil out of the cylinders and LEAN out LOL!!!!
I cant leave anything stock, shifter karts, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, standups and of course my multiple garages, full of sport bikes

But I still want some idea's for the ultimate wave jumper, not worried about top end speed on my 2001 XPL I have plenty other ski's for that!
