Anyone ever hear of a jetlyne waterbox?

I think they made them, probably for a 550/440. If you have any pictures that might be helpful.

they were like many of the other alum boxes of the day. empty ( no baffle) and loud.

I have one in my 550 at the moment. Its loud for sure, but there is something floating around in there. I was told it was a floater so I posted on the forum and another person told me that part of the inlet broke off inside or something.

You run the risk of the piece inside blocking off the outlet on it

I know I am going to switch my stock one back in. It happened last summer when I got it and started giving me problems.
