MSD ignition coil?

Just wondering, is this a worthy upgrade? Does it add anything?

Re: MSD ignition coil?

The voltage output is higher than OEM and the conductors have finer stranding which results in less breakage, which usually happens at the boot connection. With the supplied ends the problematic breakage is eliminated. Does it make your ski faster? No, not really unless you count those times when the conductors in the OEM screw-in setups break and make your ski run bad.... Does it make it more reliable? Yes.

Re: MSD ignition coil?

thought about switching from oem wires to MSD wires, never heard of any gains, just check boot connection from time to time, now reflashing the ECU, NOW THATS SOMETHING TO LOOK INTO, sea doo rxp/rxt have it (more fuel, increased timing.higher rev limiter)now R&D has the reprogram for the FZR, hope to see it for the GPR
