Re: And So It Begins

Warehouses often do not fare too well.

My plan is pretty simple. The ski and boat are sitting on a trailer. And they will remain on those trailers. In the case of the boat, I have to remove the t-top canvas and the tarp the boat lives under. There is a chain and turnbuckle that holds the bow down on the trailer, and a nylon strap over the stern. The boat can not come off the trailer.

The ski has a ratcheting strap that pulls the bow down on the trailer, and two nylon straps for the stern.

I plan to get some anchors from American Earth Anchors (http://www.americanea.com/). The 4 inch aluminum arrowhead anchors will attach the trailer to the planet, and the straps will keep the boats on the trailers.

Beyond that - everything is insured.
