Be careful out there

I was out on the water when I heard the radio call come in to the USCG regarding this incident.

http://www.miamiherald.com/news/brea...y/1137382.html

It was Friday night, just before midnight. No PWCs were involved (it was well after dark) but the guys in the flats boat were highly experienced boaters.

I love being out on the water, but we can never allow safety to not be the number 1 concern.

Very sad event. Tragic and entirely avoidable.

Very sad...most likely the boat may have been dark and the other one didn't see it.

Most people think that its not a big deal to have all the lights working but look at the things that could happen.
