Blue Lagoon

Ok guys just finish doing one of my carbs on my boat and i need to test and tune. So i think the best place to do it at is the lake at Blue Lagoon. I never been there but for what i can see there is a park (Maceo Park) on SW 7st with acces to the lagoon. Anyone has any imput on that place?

I decided not to go at last minute. I wanted to tune one of my carbs because I just finish rebuilding it and it looks like it came out great just by the way it runs on the hose. But now that engine is running so good that makes the other one seem like is running on one cylinder lol. I tried adjusting it a little because at first it was bugging out when giving it throttle but then I lean it out to much and started to run away. I could not get it to richen up again so I decided to rebuild that carb too and not running the risk of a lean condition. Ill be out next weekend for sure.

wanted to drop in and let you know that Blue Lagoon is still very open. My brother wake skates there on a 20 foot wake boat. I am interested in heading out there as well, but I have to find out where to drop in.

The ramp is on Maceo Park.. From 836 get off at 57 ave and then left on 7st.. Park is on the left side.

You guys want to go on Sunday?

update...

Took the boat last Sunday to the lake. Is small for my taste but great for testing because water is like glass. I had to pay $6 to drop the boat and wile I was there i saw police pass by so is secure. Ill probably be going there on Sunday again to do more test.

Lol, of course is small for you, lol, probably I will see you there this sunday. I planing to ski there with my jetski.

Looks like i am going to have to change my date to Saturday. I have stuff to do with the family on Sunday.

I know this is an old thread but remember all of the blue lagoon is no wake, and fwc enforces, if you go west up the canal there is another big lake where your free to ride
