Anyone in North Phoenix want to lend me an Impact Screwdriver?

Trying to fix my starter. Jeff told me I need to use an impact screwdriver to get it open.
Dont feel like buying one to use one time.

Anyone have one I could borrow?...or just bring my starter over and use it? Should take all of five minutes.
(Im in north phoenix, so the closer the better)

Thanks guys.

Just buy one. You'll use it again. Disc brake rotors commonly need this. This is where you start building your tool collection.

If you have Harbor Freight Tools nearby, they have one for next to nothing. I think I bought one there on sale for about $3.

Re: Anyone in North Phoenix want to lend me an Impact Screwdriver?

didnt realize they were less than ten bucks.

Guess ill just go buy one lol. even though 90% of things I buy from harbor freight break within a month. I cant imagine something you have to hammer will last long.

oh well.

Re: Anyone in North Phoenix want to lend me an Impact Screwdriver?

I bought mine from Sears for $25 with free shipping..

It is by far my favorite tool I have besides my air impact.

That impact screw driver has saved my azz SO many times. After using it and knowing how easy it makes things..I would gladly give $100+ if thats what they cost.

Correct but the impact driver is among the 10% that don't break - pretty heavy and not much to go wrong - I have mine for about 20 years - Of course I only use it once a year but when I do it saves the day.

Re: Anyone in North Phoenix want to lend me an Impact Screwdriver?

Yep - I had a bag of walnuts in the garage - got hungry - wacked em with the impact driver - worked like a charm - other than the occasional taste of grease.
