Figured i start a continuation of the 2009 thread. Hopefully we can set up this highly anticipated event! Socals ready ! are u Norcal?

Oh this is so going to happen.....
I'm trying to evaluate whether to have it as a season kick off - or to hold it in the middle of our series when everyone is in their groove!
4 words for ya - its gonna be FUN!

Have it in the middle of the season. I'm sure that the SoCal guys need to warm up, and we need to give them some time to figure out how to ride a ski!

i know it be alot of work but, maybe a season opener, then a closer towards the end . Maybe around sept for world finals warmup. Im just looking foward to it period!

We should have it around September. Maybe before Nationals so it's not too close to worlds.

I enjoyed the last shootout. Really hope the turn out is larger for ALL classes rather than just the runabouts. There HAS to be 1,000's of Stand-Ups down there and need to find their way up here.

Season Opener would be better for more show ups because the farther you get into the season... the more race date conflicts you'll have to deal with.
