Manifold adapters

Hi,

I read in a past post that you have adapters to go from a 3 bolts kawi manifold to a seadoo 720 4 bolt... how much do those run?

one more question...

How do you think a 720 with a kawi westcoast manifold and a 650sx factory pipe would run?

Thank you

Re: Manifold adapters

I once built a 742cc motor and used a Kawasaki pipe on it with a Kawasaki exhaust manifold. It was in a 1992 SP hull with sponsons and a ride plate extension. Got 2nd place in the expert class at a Budwiser National tour event. IMO, it worked very well.
I still have a couple of those adapters and some Kawasaki manifolds at my shop. Call Chris at the shop and tell him they are on the shelf at the rear of the shop in a box back by the air compressor. You can have it for $50.00

Re: Manifold adapters

can you please explain how to route the cooling water with these adapters and the kawasaki manifold and pipe. from the pictures that I have seen there is only a little water passage at the bottom of the adapter Im not fully convinced this will cool enough.

I was going to run dual cooling to the Kawasaki westcoast manifold. The water would flow through the adapters to the jug, then the head out the head, then idk how to route water off the head to the factory head pipe.

Re: Manifold adapters

No pictures of a SP from 15 years ago. I had no coooling problems at all running it with just the regular water passages.
