I do not know what to tell you other than if it still has an air bubble in the slave clyinder, you need to get it out. Or, if it is old and used when you bought it, it may be junk. Does the master clyinder on the lever mechanism have the fluid capacity inside of it to push the slave clyinder ? If so, you still have air trapped in one of the two clyinders if the slave clyinder is in working condition.

Re: Any HELP please

I am not familiar with the lever setup you have. You could ask R&D Racing about the type of lever assembly they use on thier hydrolic trim system and it will probably be capable of handling your slave clyinder. Their complete kit is not too expensive if you decide that you may just want to resell the one you have and use their system.
My head mechanic in my shop Chris Marrone builds quite a few of the top profressional racing Sea Doo's now and he would know about the hydrolic systems that the racers are using these days much better than what I remember from years ago. I personally have not seen a Baker system in probably a decade or so, and I cannot remember much about them.
Personally, for rec riding, I cannot stand a manual trim system as it takes my left hand to keep the nozzel where it want it even if crusing along over long distances. I much perfer an electrical trim system, or a set nozzel position. In fact, I have fabricated a stop for the up travel and only used the mechanical trim systems for times when I want to drop the nozzel for various situations.
The last few years of the '90's, we fabricated simple automatic drop nozzel linkages that drop the nozzel in the truns automaticaly as you move the handle bars left or right while turning, and only use the hydrolic trim as an overide to the automatic drop system linkage at the starting line. Once up on plane, the nozzel returns to the middle of the travel to maintain the best straightline speeds and it has an adjustable stop for the different weight of the rider, and the water conditions. On smooth water conditions you can slightly raise the nozzel stop to the perfect place, or you can adjust the stop lower to hold the nozzel down below center a bit for rougher water conditions before you launch the boat depending upon the expected roughness of the water during the upcoming race. This is the perffered system used by many racers today. It works as an automatical mechanical drop system and has the hydrolic override system too like your system for when you want to hold the nozzel all the way down and you can control the time it needs to come up as speed increases until it hits the preset stop. From that point on during a race, the auto trim takes over and lowers the nozzel in the turns gradually depending on how far you move the handlebars off center.
Thoes systems are available, but usually need to be fabricated by someone who knows how to make it.
R&D Racing offers a auto trim for the RXP, but I have also adapted it to the 140mm and other Skat Trak pump sizes that are used on various models of the Sea Doo's powered by 720, 787, and 947 engines by just making a different bracket that bolts onto the top two bolts of the various nozzel sizes. I even had one on the two Kawaski 1200's that I built a few years ago for a racer in Japan.

Holding a trim lever for extended periods is very hard on the hand mucles and hand cramping was allways a problem for me when just recreational riding for longer distances.
