83mm nozzle?

Hello Bill, I was reading an old post and you mentioned using an 83mm venturi nozzle with an XO on a limited 96xp. My ? is on the solas XO what pitch did you go with? or is it the stock pitch when using the 83mm for the best top end speed.

Thanks
Mike

Re: 83mm nozzle?

An X0 impellor is a bit lower pitched than is an oem impellor. Combined with a limited racing 787engine that turns 7400 or more rpm, the 83 mm nozzel works very well.
You need a 84 or 85mm venturi nozzel for use with an oem impellor.
