wb2 protec pipe getting hot

I got the inlet line to manifold and foward head exit to a t splitting water to pisser and headpipe and rear exit split to a t one to exaust outlet and one to manifold elbow and the manifold is cool and motor is cool but headpipe is getting hot can I just put 2 more 90s and run two more cooling lines to cool it off? also what jetting do you recommend for a pipe and riva f/a's i have the high speed jets backed out all the way and it is starving for fuel im running 50/50 with 110 and 92 octane or should i go straight 110?
