98 951 xpl silver..

Hi.read your info on the web...I just pulled my motor yesterday.all looks good even that i sank it good at the end of season.....I want to do as many mods while i have the winter months to have it apart..I live in the north east&ride on rivers alot..I also like what you have to say about 4 strokes....I love my xpl and will never sell it..I want to send my head&cylenders 2 you guys...I have one quest.about that plastic caged bearing in bottom end...I would like to replace that like you recamend...I have not touched the bottom half at all...just top end..Can i do it myself????otherwise i must send you the entire motor.....I have rebuilt many 2 strokes in my motocross days but never a pwc...

If you have lots of 2stroke dirt bike experience, you should be able to do your 951.

Please know that many later 951s came stock with steel cage bearings .... so you should check to see which you have.
