Southern Utah Riders Section please?

Can you please ad a Southern Utah Riders section? I have found a few people in the area and am hoping to rally more. Is this possible to have it added to the forum?

Thanks

Jared

I'm considering moving to St. George. Where can you ride in that area and how far are the riding areas from town? I'll be visiting this week to check it out.

Thanks

Re: Southern Utah Riders Section please?

Dude St George is rad. There are three resivours close by. All within 15 minutes of downtown. Sand Hollow would have to be the most popular with two ramps and I believe its like 1100 acres in size and about 20 mins out of downtown. Quail is the next most popular (although I dont much care for the ranger there) right around the corner from sand hollow measuring in at about 830 acres. My personal favorite is Gunlock because its not very busy and I can setup buoys to ride around (or just use the no wake ones) it makes for a great time and has a small beach with picnic table and such its pretty small but great for jet skis I would says its probably around 580 acres in size.

drop me a line when your in town maybe I can break away from work and show ya around.

Re: Southern Utah Riders Section please?

Sounds good. There was no way I was going to move and be away from the water. I am spoiled living in Mohave County, AZ. I was just riding in Havasu this afternoon and I'll be in Laughlin tomorrow. I have been to St. George a few times in the past for work, but I never looked around for areas to ski in. I know its a great place to live, I think the town is awesome.

I'll PM you when I know exactly when I'm coming up. Perhaps Tue/Wed.

I usually go after work on saturdays for sure. I get off at 3pm and will ride till sun goes down or I get hungry. I only have a few 4 bouys but its a start. I will accumulate more this year.
