Sold buttom?????

Since we can't go back and edit our sale ads can we get a buttom that we can go back and click SOLD, PENDING, PRICE DROP, etc? So it would show up in or beside the title. That way we wouldn't have to bump up a sold item to the top and make people read all the way through the post to realize the part/ski was sold.

It's easy on the X because we can edit our ads so we don't have to bump them. But i can understand that some people are to childish to have that option. Or maybe after a certain amount of post count we can edit our ads?

Just my 2 cents to make the site more efficient and user friendly.

Maybe in the for sale section the posting member will be able to just delete it when they do sell it, This of course will only work if you had one item.

I wish that was the case. But i think it kinda goes along the same lines as the edit button. If the thread starts to go sour someone could just delete it and no trace. I would love to be able to just delete stuff i sold. No matter how many times u put sold at the end, i always get dumb people asking if its still for sale. Maybe they don't read through the whole thread, which again is a good reason to be able to post SOLD at the beginning so everyone will see it.

The sold button is a good idea. I have seen it used on a few other sites I sell on and it works great.

Well you should run out of PB & J sandwiches so why would you need to edit anyways

J/K I agree with you anyways, Peaople need to go through the whole thread and see if it was sold or not

On a couple of the motorcycle forums I frequent we can delete our own for sale ad when the item is sold. Funny thing though, I have never seen anyone get scammed on a motorcycle forum. Hell I haven't even seen a deal go bad.
