Thanks Steph for locking the first thread. I'm sorry you have to "troll' the company anchor instead of actually looking for a solution that HELPS your core group of good members. I understand we are "at our own risk" but some type of policing is required from a forum as big as this.

At the very least you could look into some solutions, maybe locking members out of the forsale section as a probation? I dont know. But ignoring the problem does not help the sport to grow.

You brought up ebay and craigslist...Ebay has many policies in place to cover buyers and sellers. Craigslist is typically done locally so you can actually go over the part before you purchase it. Apples to oranges...

Its too bad Paypal is so crappy. If they actually did what the frontside of their site says (Verified, confirmed=your covered) this would be a non issue. Unfortunately they dont payout if they cannot recover the funds. They make money hand over fist, yet they are not responsible when things go wrong. www.paypalsucks.com It also sucks that they are the #1 way to do internet business...I'd sure love to take my business elsewhere, but now that paypal and ebay are owned by the same people, its a monopoly that wont change.
