Tigershark help please,Mn.

Hi Guys,
We have a1996 Tigershark MontiCarlo 650
We used Seafoam , ran it out of fuel before storage,
and it runs like crap fist time out. runs on one cyl, sometimes 2,
checked the plugs, they look the same, gold tan,not wet. both cyls feel equally warm.
It falls on its face wide open or 1/2 power and drops one cyl. sometimes right away,
or not for 2 minutes wide open. Its low time, I had the carb apart before, its clean and ran good.
I will check the fuel filter and intake in the tank today.
thanks for any help
